Isola del Gran Sasso d’Italia, nestled at the foot of the majestic mountain range that gives it its name, is the perfect starting point to explore a network of hiking trails that wind through breathtaking landscapes, ancient forests, historic mule tracks, and spectacular views of the Abruzzo Apennines.
New hiking routes are soon to be inaugurated, designed to further enhance the area and offer immersive experiences in direct contact with nature—suitable for both seasoned hikers and families. These new trails will complement the existing historic paths, making Isola del Gran Sasso a true landmark for hiking tourism within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
